RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Bureau Migration is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, trade secret, unfair competition, and other intellectual and proprietary rights (“IP Rights”).

User’s limited license to use and access Bureau Migration grants no express or implied rights to or interest in these IP Rights or the IP Rights of any third party. The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on or contained within Bureau Migration (“Marks”) are the intellectual property of Bureau Migration.

  1. User may not copy, reproduce, modify, lease, loan, sell, create derivative works from, upload, transmit, disassemble, reverse engineer or distribute any Marks or intellectual property of or contained within or on the Bureau Migration, whether indirectly or directly, in whole or in part, without the express wrote consent of Bureau Migration or the appropriate third party.
  2. User shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of IP Rights or other proprietary rights, or any and all harm resulting from User’s use of Bureau Migration. The inclusion of Marks of third parties should not be construed as an endorsement of or certification by such third party.
  3. If User believes in good faith that any material included within Bureau Migration infringes upon User’s works or intellectual property, User may notify Bureau Migration, with an email: info@bureaumigration.com

User should include in the Notice:
• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit Bureau Migration to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
• A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS
Bureau Migration may allow Developers to post content to the Website. Any content posted by a Developer to the Website must be accurate, lawful and not in violation of the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Bureau Migration provides a process for submission of complaints concerning unauthorized posting of copyrighted content by Developers. Bureau Migration’s policy and procedures are described below.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent of a copyright owner and believe that any content on the Website infringes your copyrights, you may submit: 

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the
    owner of the copyright interest believed to be infringed;
  • A description of the copyrighted work believed to be infringed;
  • A description specifying the location on the Website of the material believed to be infringing
  • Your email address, mailing address and/or telephone number;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
